What is the difference between Premium and Platinum?
Premium Detail (NZ$159 for sedans; NZ$189 for SUVs and utes) combines the full interior and exterior clean. Platinum Detail (NZ$239 for sedans; NZ$275 for SUVs and utes) includes everything in Premium, plus clay-bar contamination removal, exterior wax, hydrophobic exterior coating, trim restoration, interior steaming, interior extraction, fabric and leather conditioning.
Does Interior Only include both the inside and the outside?
No. Interior Only is NZ$99 for sedans; NZ$109 for SUVs and utes and focuses on the cabin. Exterior Only is NZ$99 for sedans; NZ$109 for SUVs and utes and focuses on the outside. Premium at NZ$159 for sedans; NZ$189 for SUVs and utes combines the interior and exterior clean in one visit.
Do I need to provide water and power?
Yes. Please provide access to water and power at the home or workplace where the car will be cleaned.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
Chris needs access to the car, water and power at the service location. Arrange the access details with Chris when you book.
What happens if it rains?
If weather affects the visit, Chris will be in touch to rearrange a time that works.

You just need to provide access to water and power at the location. For many people, that convenience — alongside the clean itself — is what makes mobile detailing worth it.
